Berlin
The first time I visited Berlin was in January 1996 in temperatures of something like -9 degrees Celsius. I had not seen Carmen since then. Physically, she hasn't changed much at all. (I have loads of grey hairs and extra kilos by comparison.) The car is a 2CV that she rebuilt herself -- welding torch and all.
