Ingredients
2 T Olive oil
4 T butter
3 clv Garlic (crushed)
125 ml white wine
2 T Lemon juice (or juice of two lemons)
2 t Piri-piri powder
3 Bay leaves
5 Parsley (or use two teaspoons dried parsley )
Salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat on low for 5 minutes. Discard bay leaves. Blitz.
