Ingredients
1 1⁄2 kg Lamb (Leg, shoulder)
2 clv Garlic (Crushed)
2 T Olive oil
1 T Coriander powder (dhania)
1 t Paprika
1 lemon (Zest only, finely grated)
Instructions

Combine ingredients, salt, and pepper to make a marinade. Rub into lamb. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

Place lamb into roasting pan, add a cup of water, and cover with foil.

Bake for 3 hours.

Reduce temperature to 120 degrees.

Bake for 3 nore hours.

Let the meat rest for 20 minutes before serving.
